“I will be a long time patient here! The dr is amazing but his staff- more specifically the lady that answers the calls- SHE is AMAZING!!!! So many mental health offices might have good drs but not always the best staff and this lady that is the 1st line of communication for this office - has always replied to my texts quickly, called back, and even when I was slightly rude once, she treated me with kindness and never made me feel bad. Dr Matzkin- you have a great team and are also just as amazing and thank you for that!”
