“Every time I visit, I am smiled at and greeted warmly, despite myself believing I sometimes look unfriendly. The office staff is very nice and attempts to be helpful whenever they can. I've seen someone upset about waiting so long that voiced it in a pretty rude tone. The office staff did their best for him and even after he left did not resort to talking negatively about him or anything which I am not used to seeing or experiencing. When I had my first appointment, one of the ladies, I believe the office manager, was so empathetic. She was extremely kind before but at this moment she asked how everything went and I suddenly broke down crying. Then she comforted me. I was embarrassed but also shocked and very touched by her actions. I didn't expect the interaction at all from the crying to the support but it confirmed the type of people that are working here. They are there to help and I hope they are blessed for many lifetimes to come. Dr. K. Patel also seems to be an amazing therapist and I'm starting to believe I can see much improvement in myself with her help. I have already learned a few things in the few sessions we've had and I have a bit more hope than I did at the start. I desperately want to be better and I know I can't do it alone. Dr. Patel is extraordinary, and I highly recommend him especially if you have multiple mental health concerns or complex medical issues and medications that need consideration in addition to your mental health. For therapy, I see Denese Henderson and she has had a significant, positive impact on my life. Again, I highly recommend her especially if you have had negative therapy experiences or think that therapy cannon help you.
