“I'mma keep it a buck 50 with you. I've been reading all the bad reviews & I can see where they (previously) were coming from. I've been with Deuser for a majority of my life now (almost a decade now?). I'm a Bipolar Schizophrenic & I've watched this office grow a lot. The bad experiences I've had did happen, but when I confronted them about it, something was always done about it. They are respectful people, It feels as if people aren't willing to co-operate with the staff & it's very important to do that when you're getting this kind of help. Things are not going to change if you just sit there & do nothing. I have my incredible frustration with voicemails, I too am very disabled & cannot get around anywhere but if you actually look into the patient portal & message your doctors, THEY WILL DO SOMETHING. It honestly is jarring to see these reviews weaponizing their illnesses to put people that are so prideful of making people feel better down. Not once has any of the staff given up on me, & I'll tell you I am the most annoying person in the world when it comes to my problems & I exaggerate, freak out, go insane all the time but they go out of there way to make sure I never feel alone or broken. I don't know. It's heartbreaking seeing this many bad reviews. If you want to better yourself, you have to put in your own work & effort in too. This place has saved me more than any other provider could ever do, they go above & beyond. Thank you.”

“I couldn't have possibly asked for a better psychiatrist. I only left because I moved away. I lost count of how many years I spent receiving excellent, top-tier care from Sherri Kroll, and although I never saw Dr. Deuser directly, he always had a warm smile and gentle presence when we crossed paths. The staff is incredibly caring. Sherri took the time to really talk to me, even drawing labs, to understand me and my body and get the care I needed. I had been on at least 20 different psychiatric meds before I found this wonderful place, and they got me the right meds I needed to be successful in life. I am forever grateful to this practice. The phones may be swamped at times, and wait times may be longer at times. But it's all worth it for the top-notch care you receive. They are giving 100%.”

“It’s hard to get anyone to answer a phone call or return your phone call. Also if you cancel your appointment(s) due to moving they won’t be canceled and then you’ll be stuck with a bill for an appointment you canceled. The providers also don’t seem to care much about how you’re feeling so you will constantly feel like a burden. I do don’t recommend this practice do your self a favor and steer clear of them.”

“Got a referral to this place and spent weeks just trying to get someone on the phone. The answering service is broken and either rings infinitely or goes to an answering service which is received by unprofessional individuals who never give a call back. When I finally got a human being on the line, which took 15 consecutive calls out of frustrastion that no other reasonable method was working, the woman on the phone never asked my name, wouldn't check to see if a referral ever existed, was exceptionally patronizing, unprofessional, pretended, like a bratty child, that any form of displeasure with her performance was "yelling" at her, which is offensive and a lie, and ultimately hung up the phone, because I expected her to actually do something, as her profession, were she actually a professional, would require, and in literally all other instances does. She told me I needed to drive there(40 minutes away) to pick up new patient paperwork, without actually establishing me as a new patient, and that I MAY require a referral (again, I would never have wasted this much of my life on this garbage if I hadn't thought it was my only choice because this is where I was referred to). She wouldn't take my name. She wouldn't check if a referral existed. She wouldn't give me an idea about an estimated time frame to get an appointment, should I be able to schedule one. She absolutely did nothing her job requires. I can't fathom what anybody is paying her for. I've never been so disgusted with a doctor's office staff in my life. I have stage 4 cancer and was referred to this place for anxiety. This certainly didn't help. What a waste of time.”
